Mina Williams, 87, of Eagletown, died Wednesday in Texarkana. She was born Jan. 15, 1907, in De Queen, Ark.
Mrs Williams had lived in Eagletown most of her life. She was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Eagletown Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to Dave Williams on May 9, 1924, in De Queen, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mina Williams.
Survivors include her husband, Dave Williams of Eagletown; three sons, D.C. Williams and Carl Williams, both of Broken Bow, and J.R. Williams of Lincoln, Neb.; one daughter, Verna Lee Snyder of Eagletown; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at Norwood, Coffey-Leonard Chapel in Broken Bow. Burial will be in Eagletown Cemetery under direction of Norwood, Coffey-Leonard Funeral Home of Broken Bow.

Armina "Mina" Todd (pronounced Minie by her family), is the daughter of Marksey Lafayette and Ardelia McCurdy Todd. She had 10 siblings. They are:

Armina married David Crockett Williams in 1924, at age 18. They had 5 children but the first baby named Mina, died shortly after birth. These children are:

Verna Lee Williams 1926 –
D C Williams 1929 – 2011
J. R. Williams 1932 –
Carl James Williams 1937 – 2006
They lived their lives in Eagletown, McCurtain County, OK. Mina was a grand aunt to me.
