DEATH OF CLARA HARRISON LETTS--The death last evening, September 26th, 1918, of Clara Harrison Letts in the bloom of her young wifehood and motherhood, for she was married only a year ago and died at Thornycroft in giving birth to a son, is a great shock not only to her husband and parents, but to the large circle of friends to whom she had endeared herself during her five years residence in this city. She was but 27 years of age and was the wife of Eugene Letts, who is a close relative of the Los Angeles merchant, Arthur Letts, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Harrison, wno now reside on Windsor Road. A brother, Harlowe Harrison, also mourns. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and resided in the east until about eight years ago. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 28th, in the Little Church of the Flowers in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 3 o'clock, with Scovern, Letton & Frey in charge.
