Brenda Kay Hackney, 60, of Pavia Court died at 4:10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Born July 30, 1946, in Georgetown, Ky., Mrs. Hackney was the daughter of Warren G. and Mamie K. Jones Coffman.
She is survived by daughters, Shela (Maynes) Harris of Bradenton, Fla., Kimberly Hackney and Brigette (Derick) Levesque, both of Columbus; a son, Dale McDaniel of Columbus; grandchildren, Cheyenne Mockobee, Bailey McDaniel, Dustin and Jonath Hackney and Corey Levesque; brothers, Ronnie (Mary Ann) Coffman of Sparta, Tenn., and Charlie (Maria) Coffman of Floral City, Fla.; and nieces and nephews, Stacy, Ronnie, Cassie, Rodney, Candy, Christy and Charlie.
Mrs. Hackney was preceded in death by her parents.
