She married Buel Sherman, the son of Marshall Sherman 1799 and Sara Wanzer between 1850 and 1855.
The couple first lived in Dundee, Kane, Illinois, and moved to
Fredericksburg, Chickasaw, Iowa by 1860, where they lived the rest of their lives.
The couple had the following children:
Ida Lillian 1855, married Albert Streeter Caulkins, lived in Storm Lake, Iowa and Ceres, California, two children.
Minnie 1858, lived in Fredericksburg, Iowa and Ceres, California.
Erwin Milo 1865, married Gertrude Patten, lived in Charles City, Iowa, one child.
Marinus Buel 1866, married Ella Gibson and Eva Phillips, lived in Fredericksburg, Chickasaw, Iowa, four children.
