Survived by husband, Frank; five daughters, Mrs. Wilma Gorbett, Mrs. Edith Daurghty, Mrs. Opal Cawley, Miss Fern Phillips and Miss Ardell Phillips, all of city; two sons, William and Edward, both of city; mother, Mrs. Lizzie Spyre, Beecher City; one sister, Mrs. Tillie Perkins, city; one brother Elmer Phillips, Beecher City. Member of Christ Episcopal church. Remains to Bisch Memorial home.

Open Verdict At Inquest. - An Open verdict of accidental death was returned yesterday by a coroner's jury at an inquest into the deaths of Mrs. Mamie Phillips and her son Chester, 10, of 1530 East Adams street, who were killed Nov. 4 in a train-truck crash at Third street and South Grand avenue. Coroner J.P. Knox conducted the inquest.
