His obituary:

Andrew Anthony Caruso passed away peacefully on the afternoon of April 19, after a long and difficult battle with lung cancer. The son of Linda Mirolla Caruso and the late Louis Caruso, Andrew was born on June 28, 1960. He was a lifelong Norwalk resident, graduating from Brien McMahon High School and Norwalk Community College. For over 25 years Andrew spent his working day at Norwalk Hospital, delivering mail and good humor to patients and staff. His work at the hospital was much more than a job to "Andy" and his friends and colleagues were a supportive community that cheered him on through his fight. He was an award-winning photographer, a top-notch accordionist, an active member of St. Joseph's Church, and a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. Andrew especially enjoyed family gatherings, holidays, and the company of his nephews and nieces. He will be remembered for his affectionate nature, gentle manner and remarkable courage. Andrew is survived by his mother Linda, his sisters Andrea Caruso of Norwalk and Rita Caruso Anspach and husband David of Wilton, his paternal aunt Mary Caruso Donofrio of Trumbull, maternal aunts and uncle of Campobasso Italy, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Louis, his sister Anna Caruso Horne and his nephew Brian Horne. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 24 at St. Joseph's Church in South Norwalk at 10:00 am. Andrew's family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk.
