FELIX KLATKA RITES NOVEMBER 25

Funeral services were held from Zion Lutheran church, Holyoke, Tuesday, November 25, 1975, for Felix Klatka, who passed away Saturday, November 22.

Rev. Gary Rahe officiated at the services. Interment was in Amherst Memorial Park. Thompson Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.

Felix Klatka, son of Albert and Rose Klatka, was born January 1, 1900, in Ashton, Nebraska. He was one of 10 children, three brothers and six sisters.

He moved to Holyoke in 1926 and lived in the Holyoke-Paoli area until his death.

He was united in marriage to Beata Rehfeld on July 6, 1930. Two sons and one daughter were born to this union.

He was engaged in farming in the Holyoke and Paoli area until his retirement in 1965.

He was preceded in death by his wife Beata; one son Earl; his parents; two sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by a son Don, Holyoke, and a daughter Lois Lousberg, Venango, Nebraska; three sisters; one brother and eight grandchildren.

Felix signed a WWI draft registration card September 12, 1918 in Sherman County, Nebraska giving his date of birth as January 1, 1900. He lives at Loup City, Sherman Co., Nebraska and names his nearest relative as Rose Klatka in Loup City.
