Norman C Keefer Discovered Dead in His Residence
Norman C. Keefer, 85-year-old retired borough street department employee, was found dead in his home on Tuesday morning.
Coroner Robert W. Iver ruled death was from natural causes. He estimated the time of death as Monday evening.
Mr. Keefer was born in Sheffield on Sept 19, 1872 and had lived here since his marriage in 1932 to the former Miss Elizabeth Camp, now deceased.
Survivors are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Carrie Harris of Paulsboro, NJ and Mrs. Elsie Raymer of FL;and a niece, Mrs. Mabel Camp Pomeroy of Smethport.
Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
