Mrs.Grace Hempstead,aged 44,of
48 Spring Street,Struthers,who was
killed Christmas night at 11:30 when
the car which her husband was driving,
collided with another auto.
She was born in Punxsutawney,Pa.,
the daughter of Mr. & Mrs.Elmer Hoover.
Her father died six weeks ago,
but her mother is living.
Five years ago,Mrs.Hempstead
moved to Struthers.
Mr.& Mrs.Hempstead were married
in 1911.
Besides her husband & mother,Mrs.Hempstead
leaves three sisters and three brothers:
Mrs. Edward Cavanaugh,of Youngstown;
Mrs.William Brown,of Indiana county,Pa.;
Miss Vera Hoover,of Punxsutawney,Pa.;
Norman Hoover and Pearl Hoover,both of
Pittsburgh,Pa.;
and George Hoover,of Struthers.
The body will remain at the
Davidson Funeral Home in Struthers.
