Erin Deanne Moore, age 15, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011. She was born on July 14, 1995, in Medina, a daughter of Gary and Sherry Fearby Moore of Albion.
Erin was a 10th-grade student at Albion Central School where she was a member of the chorus and select chorus. She was in the Drama Club and actively participated in the plays, most recently she played the role of the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland in the eighth-grade play. Erin played softball for Orleans County Girls Softball League, she was a former cheerleader for All Stars and for AYSAP. She enjoyed dancing and attended Spotlight Studio since she was 3 years old. She was a gifted writer and enjoyed writing books. She was a member of the Saint Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medina.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Ryan Moore of Albion; sisters, Kelly (Shawn Preston) Moore of Holley and Chelsea (Joel Hurlbert) Moore of Albion; five nieces; one nephew; paternal grandfather, Ronald (Lorraine) Moore of Clarendon; paternal grandmother, Marion (Fred Johnson) Fountain of Albion; her extended family, Ron Eagle, Cassie, Tiffany, Cheyenna; several aunts; uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 PM, on Friday, at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home 21 West Avenue in Albion and from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, at the Saint Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medina, where her Funeral Service will follow Visitation at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in the Millville Cemetery.
