FUNERAL SERVICE HERE FRIDAY FOR GEORGE FRANK

Funeral services will be held here Friday afternoon for George Frank, a lifelong resident of Cass county, who passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon of a heart attack. Mr Frank, who has been engaged in the motor transport business here for 14 years, was 44 years old.

George Frank, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Frank was born July 13, 1895, in Bear Grove Township. His boyhood was spent on the farm, and he engaged in farming until 1926, when he started the Atlantic Motor Freight business, in which he was still a partner at the time of his death.

He was married to Miss Pearl Kerkmann in Omaha July 12, 1932.

Surviving beside his widow are a son, Roger; a brother, Roy F. Frank, of Chicago; and four sisters, Mrs. J. Tanner of Fontanelle, Mrs. H. M. Sothman of Cumberland, Mrs. Dewey Brillhart of Marne and Mrs. F. R. Brillhart of Atlantic. A sister, Ella, died in December, 1926.

Mr. Frank was a member of the local Peace and Evangelical Reformed church.

The funeral will be at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Roland, Peacock, and Baxter funeral home, with the Rev. Theodore Baur officiating, and interment will be in the Victoria cemetery, south of Massena. The body will lie in state at the funeral home.
