Sheila H. Walker, 73, of Whiting, New Jersey, a former West Brighton resident, died Monday at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey.

Born Sheila H. Mosher in West Brighton, she graduated from Curtis High School and the Catherine Gibbs Secretarial School, Manhattan.

She was an administrative assistant for Pepperell and Paulson Wire Co., Manhattan, for thirty-five years. After retiring in 1989, she moved to Whiting. She returned to work in nearby Lakehurst at a McDonald's Restaurant from 1995 to 2006.

Her husband of twenty years, Stuart H. Walker III, died in 1997.

Mrs. Walker is survived by a step-son, Robert; three step-daughters, Kathryn Politzer, Lynda Mitchell, and Susan Johnson; thirteen step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.

The Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home in Whiting is handling arrangements for a graveside funeral service tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. in Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp.
