Major League Baseball umpire. Haskell umpired in the American League's inaugural season of 1901. He led the league in ejections, with 17, and umpired 121 games that year. He also played Minor League baseball in 1893 for the St. Joseph Saints and in 1896 for the Burlington Colts.
