Roxanna was 100 years and 2 months old age the time of her death. She died of Acute Bronchitis. Citation: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Standard Certificate of Death, Weymouth, Norfolk County, No. 498, Registered No. 7, Filed on 7 Jan 1913. (It is apparent to me that the Registrar used the wrong date of filing. Roxanna died on the 8th).∼Roxana Evans was born in New Brunswick Canada and came to Gloucester when she was a child. She lived most of her life in the fishing community. The mother of 13 children, 6 boys & 7 girls. She is always remembered with affection by her descendants.
