Jacob Sperow, formerly section foreman on the Cumberland Valley Railroad at Greason, dropped dead at Dillsburg this afternoon at 1:15 o'clock. He is well known throughout this section.Herman Berg of this place, who was in Dillsburg on business today, met Mr Sperow about noon. About an hour later Mr Berg heard that Mr Sperow had fallen dead. He is survived by a wife and three daughters.

He leaves a wife and 3 daughters to mourn his loss. Mrs Edward Dapp of Harrisburg, Mrs Bruce Klugh of Dillsburg and Maude at home. Funeral Thursday morning meet at the house at 9:30 with further services at the Plainfield Lutheran church at 1 o'clock. Friends and relatives are requested to attend without further notice.
