John E. Huggins, 76, of Grove City, OH, formerly of Moundsville, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998 at home. He was born June 25, 1921, in Proctor, the son of the late Cyrus P. and Louella Mae Goddard Huggins. He was a retired employee of the former Triangle Ware and Cable Company, Glen Dale, a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, and a member of the Antioch Christian Church, Proctor. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Huggins; a granddaughter, Kimberly Ruth Packham; four brothers, Harold, Bud, Paul and Joseph Huggins; three sisters, Allie Hohman, Nollie {Nola} Kelley and Aubrey Ellers.

Surviving are one daughter, J. K. H.; a brother, Emery Huggins of New Martinsville; four grandchildren; five great-children.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville. The Moundsville Honor Guard conducted Gravesite Military Services.
