Jane was a highly intelligent, sweet, gentle woman. She recieved a fully paid scholarship to SMU and went on to become the 4th woman in Texas to pass the CPA test. Her pride was her family. Her only child, son Andy was the light of her life. Jane also supported her mother until her death. In her later years it was her two grandchildren who gave her joy and purpose.
