Mrs. Anne Mae Childers
Ten Mile--Sept 12--(S)--Mrs. Anne Mae Childers, 80, widow of Daniel Childers, died at her home, Bristol, Rt. 2, at 8:15 a. m. Tuesday.
She was born at Sycamore, May 25, 1870, a daughter of William and Florinda Ward Brown.
Mrs. Childers is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Vernecie B. Brohard, of Bristol, Rt. 2; two sons, Denzil L Childers of Salem; and Hoy W. Childers of Bristol, Rt 2; six grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Belle Nutter and Mrs. Stella Goldsmith both of Bristol, Rt. 2; Mrs Icie Mayfield, of Bridgeport; George Brown of Bristol, Rt. 2 and Delbert Brown of Salem.
She was a member of the Mount Olives E. U. B. Church.
Funeral Notice
Mrs. Anne Mae Childers, 80, widow of Daniel Childers, died at 8:15 a. m. Tuesday at her residence on Route 2, Bristol. Freinds will be received at the late residence after 2 p. m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be conducted from the E. U. B. Church in Meadow Valley at 2:30 p.m. Thursday Sept 14, with the Rev. Wilson Crites officiating. Interment will follow in the Baptist Cemetery in Jarvisville. Morris
