Funeral of Miss Julia A McCarthy of 12 Atwater St. was held this morning at the Grise Funeral home, with solemn requiem high mass in Holy Name Church Rev Thomas Hanrahan was celebrant. Rev joseph Burke, deacon and Rev Raymond Langue subdeacon. Bearers were Edgar Canty, Roy Hallihan, Cornelius Crean, Dennis Murphy, J J Falvey and Frank Sharp. Fr. Hanrahan conducted the mimmittal service at the grave in Calvary cemetery.
Julia is buried with her parents Charles & Ellen Coleman McCarthy and an infant brother Thomas.
