Dorothy Bowers Tindall, 83, formerly of Oklahoma City, died Tuesday, October 12, 1993, in Champaign, Illinois. She was born December 8, 1909 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Alfred L. and Estella R. Bowers. Dorothy graduated from Classen High School and married F. Marion "Buck" Tindall on August 28, 1938 in Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, F. Marion "Buck" Tindall on September 4, 1986; her parents; and two brothers, Robert Bowers and Doug Bowers. Survived by a son, Doug Tindall, Marietta, Georgia; daughter, Judy Robbins of Champaign , Illinois; grandchildren, Kristie Cozad, Trey Robbins and Doug Tindall II; great grandchildren, Courtney Cozad and Robb Cozad. Dorothy was a member of Springdale Methodist Church of Memphis, Tennessee. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Rose Hill Mausoleum, Oklahoma City, with burial in Rose Hill Burial Park.
