EVANSVILLE, IND. - The body of Mrs. Ellen Brown, 48 years old, of Blackford, Ky., who died while undergoing an operation in Evansville at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning, was sent to Blackford on the I. C. train Wednesday morning and funeral services and burial took place there.
Mrs. Brown came to this city several days ago in a critical condition with a tumor of the stomach. She was the wife of John Brown. Her husband and several children survive.
