Listed as W. Weeks in CSA, Vaiden's Artillery on cemetery records. Actually this info should read Allen B. Weeks, Private, Company L, 1st Mississippi Light Artillery aka Vaiden Light Artillery.

Allen enlisted in the Confederate States Army on 7th or 11th October 1863 (both dates are noted in CMSR) in Vaiden, Mississippi. He was mustered as a Private in Capt. S.C. Bain's Company of Vaiden Light Artillery. This regiment is also known as Company L, 1st Mississippi Light Artillery.
