Washington, July 19 — The funeral of Oliver Owen Kuhn, 51, managing editor of the Washington Star, will be held Tuesday.
Kuhn, who also was chairman of the executive committee of the Association Press Managing Editors Association, died yesterday. He was known nationally for broadcasts in which he introduce Cabinet members, congressmen and other high officials on the Star’s National Radio Forum.
