Chuck..as he was known when a child, was a interesting kid. He was my cousin and I hardly ever saw him smile. He was cute nevertheless. He married Roberta and they raised her children. He served in the US Marine Corp. He was later known as "Red" as was his father, for his red hair. One of four children with three sisters, he was the son of Melvin Noyes and Eleanor Carlson Noyes and was close to his grandparents, Charles P. Noyes and Agnes Arnott Noyes.

Also the Memorial number given as a duplicate to this one, is actually the memorial to Chuck's father Melvin Noyes. And he is NOT buried in Restlawn or Oakwood.
