Their children were Mary Persis, Martha Jane, Abbie E, and Henrietta F.

In 1850 Katherine was living back in her parents home listed as a Howe along with daughter Martha Jane 10 and Henrietta 6, both listed as Howes. Her 8 year old daughter, Abbie, was living with Katherine's sister, Adeline (Howe) Towns, in Pelham, NH. Mary Persis, 13, lived in Lancaster, NH with James and Deborah McIntire, in 1850 and 1860. The reason for all of this is unknown.

Husband, Aaron, can't be found. They either divorced or he died, but records to prove either can't be found.

By the 1860 census she married Amos Rosebrook, son of William D. Rosebrook and Lydia Jane Dodge, and widower of Honour (Camp) Rosebrook. His wife had died in Sept 1853.

They had no children. His two sons from his first marriage were living with them in 1860. Katherine died six years later.
