US Congressman. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he graduated from Boston University, 1962 and from Harvard University, in 1969. He was a member of the Massachusetts State House of Representatives, (1967-69), on the staff for US Representative F. Bradford Morse of Massachusetts and was a delegate to Republican National Conventions, (1968, 1972). In 1973, he was elected as a Republican to the Ninety-third Congress, serving until 1975. An unsuccessful candidate for reelection, he served a number of positions at the Massachusetts Port Authority. He died at age 59 from a brain tumor in Boston, Massachusetts.
