Devoted husband of the late Paulina (Rosum).

He is survived by his son, William F. Hopkins, two daughters, Sandra J. Dings of Naples, FLA & Hingham, MA, Valerie J. Bennett of Salisbury, MD, eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Mr. Hopkins, a member of the University Club, Boston, was an executive in the hardware industry for many years.

He was an accomplished mariner and pilot and served as a lieutenant in the Navy during WWII.

Funeral Services will be private.

Interment at Mass National Cemetery in Bourne.
