Isaac Milton Kalloch was the son of the 18th Mayor of San Francisco, Isaac Smith Kalloch. In 1877, he was a new church pastor in Tuloumne, California. In 1880, Isaac Milton Kalloch shot & killed Charles DeYoung, owner of the San Francisco Chronicle. Isaac stood trial and was acquitted of the murder. Isaac went on to become a successful Attorney in Oakland, California. He was the loving husband of Minnie Belle Street Kalloch, and the devoted father of Annie Belle Kalloch Fox & Nellie May Kalloch.
