John Foreman
Birth: Jul. 26, 1925
Death: Nov. 20, 1992

Producer, Director. Served in the United States Navy during World War II and later taught at Stevens College. Foreman was a co-founder of Creative Management Agency (ICM), a talent agency in Hollywood, California. Later with actor Paul Newman he founded Newman-Foreman Productions. He later made his directorial debut on the 1969 Oscar-nominated film, "Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid." He also worked on the films, "Winning" (1969), "WUSA" (1970), "Puzzle Of A Downfall Child" (1970), "They Might Be Giants" (1971), "Sometimes A Great Notion" (1971), "Pocket Money" (1972), "The Life And Times Of Judge Roy Bean" (1972), "The Mackintosh Man" (1973), "The Man Who Would Be King" (1975), "The First Great Train Robbery" (1979), "The Ice Pirates" (1984), "Prizzi's Honor" (1985), "Millenium" (1985), "Mannequin: On The Move" (1991), and "Up Close & Personal" (1996), which was released after his death.  (bio by: K)
