Mrs. Jeff Landreth, 71, of Hollis, died at Collingsworth General Hospital Sunday, September 3, 1978..

She was the mother of Mrs. Done Jones, and sister of Mrs. Suda Oxford and Raygon Hughes.

The former Viola Hughes, she was born February 21, 1907 at Hollis and grew up in the Vinson area. Mrs. Landreth was a long time member of the Church of Christ and had been on the staff of Westview Boys Home many years.

Survivors are her husband, Jeff Landreth of Hollis; four daughters, Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Wanda Haskins of Mesa, AZ, Mrs. Sue Williams of Plainview, and Mrs. Pat Skell of Kirkland, Washington; three sons, Clyde L. Landreth of Alva, OK, Waynedin Landreth of Berkshire, England and Kenneth Landreth of Mesa, AZ; four sisters, Mrs. Vada Sartin of Bonham, Mrs. Oxford, Mrs. Florence Humphries of Hollis and Mrs. Ethel Lee of Naperville, IL; three brothers, Francis Hughes of Texico, NM, Gus Hughes of Plainview, and Raygon Hughes; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
