Neal, Charles M.
Neal, Charles M. age 68. Chuck was a resident of Minnetonka for 30 years, and Director of the Male Chorus at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Mpls, MN.
Chuck died on June 24, 2011 of a brain aneurysm in Abbot Northwestern Hospital.
Born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in North Philadelphia, Chuck earned a B.A. degree from LaSalle University in 1965, and a MBA from Drexel University in 1981.
He completed Navy OCS and served as a 2nd Lieutenant airborne navigator. Chuck taught 9th grade science in Philadelphia public schools.
In 1969 Chuck started his life-long commitment to Honeywell where he became the first Black director for field sales marketing, as well the youngest of the 5 regional directors at age 37.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his son, Michael, 7 grandchildren, 4 siblings, and a host of relatives and friends.
Chuck's home-going celebration will be held at: Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, 3355 4th St North, Minneapolis, MN 55412.
Visitation: Saturday July 2, 2011, 9 am to 11 am, services immediately following. Arrangements Estes Funeral Chapel
