'Bud" served his country honorably From August 8, 1944 until he was discharged from the United States Army January 22, 1946 at Ft. McPherson, Georgia. He was wounded twice in Battle and earned 2 Purple Hearts. He worked in the grocery business for over 30 years and attended Calvary Baptist Church in Odenville, Al. He was a wonderful father, especially to his special needs daughter, "Sissy", who was his constant sidekick. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Wood Sutter in 2006. He was a good man.
