L. F. [Sic} HOGLE DEAD
Lanson F. [Sic] Hogle, a former resident of Emporia, died Thursday at his home
in Bellingham, Wash. Mr. Hogle died of paralysis, after a long sickness. The
Hogle family moved to Bellingham about twelve years ago.
Mr. Hogle, who was born in Ohio, was about 75 years old. When he lived here, he
was a thrasherman. He served in an Ohio regiment during the Civil war. He is
survived by Mrs. Hogle and a daughter, Miss Ada Hogle, who was at one time a
teacher in the Normal School in Emporia, and is now at the head of the domestic
art department of the Washington State Normal, at Bellingham.
