Survivors include his wife, Dorene; one daughter, Vicki Vidmar of Denver; three sons, Ricky of Pine City, Minn., Dick of Rifle and Darrel of Leadville; two brothers, Francis of Pine City, Minn., and David of Gillette, Wyo.; two sisters, Rosie Bell of Mitchell, S.D., and Dorene Mrnak of Coon Rapids, Minn.; and seven grandchildren.
