Services will be at 1:30 pm Friday in Merritt Funeral Home, Bethany, for Eugene Arthur Cooper, 59, who died Tuesday at his home, NW 18 and Council Road. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Cooper, for several years a grocery store operator in Capitol Hill, is survived by three daughters, Mrs M. E. Burt and Mrs L. B. Heckler, both of Thousand Oaks, CA, and Mrs Lon McDonald of Oxnard, CA; three stepsons, Rev. Chester M. Eakins, Route 3, OKC; W. H. Eakins, Route 10, OKC; and W. R. Eakins, Richland, CA; one son, Arthur E. of Norwalk, CA; three brothers, Walter of Yuma, AZ, C. J. of Oregon, and John of McLoud; and a sister, Mrs B?....Jackson of Quapah.
