Actor. He was a 20th-century Spanish character actor who appeared in several films with child actress Marisol. Among his other films were "La Vida por Delante" in 1958, "Ha Llegado un Angel" in 1961, "Canción de Juventud" and "Tómbola" both in 1962, "Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!" in 1989, "¡Átame" in 1990, and "El rey Pasmado" and "Todos a la Cárcel" both in 1993. His acting career started in the Spanish University Theater while starting medicine. He changed his college major to Public Relations. His debut film was in 1957. On March 25, 1964, he married María Eugenia Vilallonga y Martínez Campos, and the couple had five children in their 30-year marriage.
