WILMINGTON - Lauretta E. Conrad, 91, of Wilmington, died today (July 7, 1998) at Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Kankakee Chapel of the Schreffler Funeral Homes, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Bob Anderson will officiate.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Park Cemetery, 12540 S. Halsted St., Chicago.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital or to the College Church of the Nazarene, Bourbonnais, where she was a member.
She was born March 9, 1907, in Watseka, the daughter of Clarence and Lulu Smith Cook.
Her husband, Frank Conrad, whom she married March 18, 1922, in Watseka, died Jan. 22, 1978.
Surviving are two sons, Frank L. Conrad of Alabama and Robert E. Conrad of Arkansas; one daughter, Anita J. Pachol of Mokena; 13 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Four sisters and two brothers are deceased.
She enjoyed crocheting.
