Berneice Van Dolah-Okey. Berneice Gertrude Okey, 87, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, in Pomona, Calif. Berneice was born Dec. 18, 1923, in Greenfield, Iowa. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and sister. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Ramos and Patricia Maples; a son-in-law, Al Maples; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif. Visitation is Friday, Aug. 19, 4-8:30 p.m. at Rose Hills Mortuary in Whittier. Arrangements under the direction of Rose Hills Company, Whittier, CA.
