Mrs. Carl Groth, 63, Succumbs at Hospital

Mrs. Carl Groth, 63, Route 5, Rochester, died Wednesday night in St. Marys Hospital. A lifelong county resident, she had been ill about a week.

The former Frances Teske was born July 15, 1896, in Haverhill Township, and was married to Mr. Groth Aug. 8, 1917.

He survives, along with two daughters, Miss Dorothy Groth, at home, and Mrs. Howard Kruger of Rochester; four brothers, Charles, Henry and Emil Teske of Rochester and Ed Teske of Fullerton, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Otto Baker of Pine Island and Mrs. Ed Heyn and Mrs. Rose Behnken of Viola, and three grandchildren. Two sisters and a half-brother preceded him in death.

Funeral arrangements are being completed at the Macken Funeral Home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today. burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.
