Miss Annie E., adopted daughter of Judge Daniel Clark died of consumption at an early hour on Saturday morning at her home corner of Lowell and Pine Street, aged 28. She was a young lady of a most pleasant and loveable dispositon. Her death had been expected almost daily for weeks by herself and friends. During her long illness she had exhibited a remarkable patience and cheerfulness. She was born in Alton Bay and her name before adoption was Perry (Manchester Press)
