Fannie O'Brien, 75 years old, 2307 NW 18th street, died at her home Saturday afternoon after a lengthy illness. Mrs. O'Brien, who had been in poor health for the last two years, came to Oklahoma with her parents about 1889 and had lived in Oklahoma City since about 1901. She was born in Illinois. Her husband, M. A. O'Brien, was sheriff here before 1900.
Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Smith and Kernke Funeral Home. Requiem mass will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Francis Catholic Church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Survivors besides the husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Dale Smith, 924 NW 17th street; two sons, W. E. O'Brien, 3304 NW 22nd street; and Leo O'Brien, 320 NW 21st street; six brothers, George, Lewis, and Albert Specht, all of Piedmont; Charles Specht, Shepherd City, Michigan; E. M. Specht, Douglas, Arizona; Joe Specht, Newkirk; and two sisters, Miss Mary and Miss Kate Specht, both of 2307 NW 18th street.
