Otto Heath, 95, a resident of Woodland Nursing Home, died Sunday in Ball Hospital.
A native of Salem Township, he attended Delaware County schools and Muncie Business College.
He was a farmer before retirement and had been employed by Warner Gear (now Borg Warner Automotive, Transmission Systems).
Survivors include two nephews, Robert Heath, Muncie, and Merrill Richman, Florida, and two nieces, Phyllis Stowers, Muncie, and Hazel Gilbert, Anderson.
His wife, Celestia LeFerne Heath, died in 1982.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Meeks Mortuary. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services t the mortuary on Tuesday.
