David is preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Ann Cochran and father, John Reese Julius. David was a mechanic and jack of all trades. He had a passion for Harley Davidsons and was a true friend to all who knew him. David is survived by his sister Rae George and husband Donnie of Booneville, AK., brother Patrick Riggins, sister Babs Julius and finace' Keith Balzer of Houston, TX., beloved sister Barbara Cochran and her sons Nathanial and Luke Cochran of Houston, Uncle Truman Julius and wife Annette of Mesquite, TX., Aunt Irene Richardson of Rendon, TX., cousins, Ronald and Nancy Cochran and daughter Catharine, Donald Cochran and family Cochran of Houston, Rob George of Booneville, AK., John and Lynn Adams and daughters Alexa, and Randi of Cabot, AK., Burl Wayne, Melvin, Marian and Wilma Julius of Greensville, TX., Keri Lynn Brown of Rowlett, TX., and Chuck Riggins and the Riggins family of Houston.
