Indian Campaigns Medal of Honor Recipient. He was also known as Ragnar Theeodor Ling-Vannerus. He entered the US Army at New York, NY and served as a First Sergeant. He was awarded the CMOHS for action at White Clay Creek, South Dakota on December 30, 1890. His citation reads "Bravery". He was born in Linkoping Sweden and died in Gothenburg, Sweden.
