Shortly before 1:30pm on Wednesday, Scott Evans Dekraai went to Salon Meritage at 500 Pacific Coast Highway and shot his ex-wife, Michelle Marie Fournier and eight other customers. Only one, Hattie Stretz, 73 (mother of Laura Webb), survived.

Lucia was born on February 19, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA to parents, Frank and Bessie Ragusa Inga of Colorado and passed away on October 12, 2011 in Seal Beach, CA.
Lucia graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1966 with B.A. in English. She went on to work as a social worker for many years with the L.A. County Department of Public and Social Services and also as an administrator for the Health Care Agency of Orange County for 10 years.
Lucia had a love for cats, traveling and reading. Lucia and her husband, Michael, traveled widely including 26 cruises. They also did the crossword puzzles together every day.
Lucia is survived by her husband of 42 years, Michael J. Kondas; and sisters-in-law, Theresa Kondas, Mary Jo Weber and Dorothy Kondas.
