Hugh is survived by his wife, Emma Smith of Stockton; two daughters, Belinda Reeves of Stockton, and Betty Cooks of Los Angeles; a sister, Savannah Hill of Texarkana; and several nieces and nephews.
Interment was at Armstrong Cemetery in Ogden, Arkansas, under the direction of Richardson Hill and McFadden Funeral Home.
