A service was conducted yesterday at Rogers Mortuary for I.J. Kitty Colton, 78, an East San Diego resident who died
Saturday in a hospital. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Colton was born in New York City, lived in the county 59 years and was a nurse 10 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Magic Gals
Chapter 22 and the International Brotherhood of Magicians Ring 76.
Surviving are two daughters, Alice Holladay of National City and Margaret Servold of San Diego; two sons, Joseph of Poway and David of San Diego; a sister, Zohora Ismail of
San Diego; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
