Bernice Johnston, age 87, passed away on October 23, 2011 in Portland, Texas.
Bernice was born June 22, 1924 in Shiner, Texas to Dorothy and Henry Gerdes. She retired after 30 + years from Olson Kesler. Bernice was always a 'Happy Go Lucky Lady', selfless person, loved to play cards and dance.
She is preceded in death by her dear friend Gene Mahan and George L. Johnston.
She is survived by her son Chip Johnston (Jenny) of Portland, Texas; grandchildren Cody Johnston and Kailey Johnston.
