Age 72 of Battle Creek died at her home after a long illness she was born in Battle Creek and was a lifetime resident she was employed by the former Grand Leader Department Store which became Toddler Department Store she retired in 1981 from Mid Michigan Surgical Supply she was an avid gardener and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Surviving are daughters Sally M. Horwarth, and Judith A. Ciel of Battle Creek and Donna Jean Van Sickler of Skandia six Grandchildren seven Great Grandchildren and a brother Donald J. MacEachin of San Antonio, Texas Funeral Arrangements were handled by the Farely-Estes Funeral Home services were held at Hicks Cemetery at 10:00 A.M. June 27, 1988 officating the Rev. Delmer B. Case. Memorial donations may go the Good Samaritan Hospice Care
