Mr. Allday died Tuesday in Corpus Christi. Funeral rites will be held in the Church of the Good Shepherd with the Rev. Fred Croft of Harlingen and the Rev. David Rose of Corpus Christi officiating. Burial is to be in Seaside Memorial Park Cemetery in Corpus Christi.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Bill Frank Allday of Wichita Falls and Harris Allday of Harlingen; one daughter of Harlingen; four sisters, Mrs. R. N. Tweedy (Bertie) of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Ardath Curlee (Mary) of Houston, Mrs. Jack Patton (Martha) of Wichita Falls, and Mrs. Lawrence Shuman (Emma) of Fort Worth; and three brothers, Riece Allday of Dallas and Ralph and Scott Allday of California.
